Sanford J. Mall, JD, CELA, CSA

Sanford (Sandy) is the founder and senior partner of The Mall Malisow Firm, PC Holistic Estate & ElderCare Attorneys located in Farmington Hills, Oakland County, Michigan. In addition to being a member of the State Bar of Michigan, he is a nationally Certified Elder Law Attorney (CELA), certified by the National Elder Law Foundation. Mr. Mall is also Certified as a Senior Advisor (CSA) by the Society of Senior Advisors.

Sandy's designation as a Certified Elder Law Attorney distinguishes him in the practice of law as having demonstrating that he has attained a nationally recognized standard of expertise in his practice of estate planning, elder law, special needs disability planning and advocacy and estate administration. His designation as a Certified Senior Advisor further demonstrates his commitment to providing holistic counsel to elders and their families.

Sandy is the Chair-Elect of the Elder & Disability Law and Advocacy Section of the State Bar of Michigan.  He is also the author and frequent presenter of programs, workshops and classes for consumers and professionals.  Recent presentation topics have included: Elder Law, Special Needs Trusts, Social Security Disability, Government Benefits, Medicare, Medicaid, Estate Planning, Trustee Training, and Michigan's Prudent Investor Rule.  Sandy is also an instructor for the College of Financial Planning in Denver, Colorado, teaching Estate Planning to professionals enrolled in the Certified Financial Planning (CFP) program.
